	Gordon Garrett
	Gordon is an SAP veteran with over twenty years of experience in ABAP and R/3 performance tuning. He is the Founder and Director for ABAP Development at Quantam Consulting Services. Prior to Quantam, he worked for SAP America and established himself as a valued trainer and consultant. While at SAP he earned many company awards and received high evaluations. He works as a Technical Advisor to Erada's products development team. He has a B.S. in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland.

	Sankar Tadinada
	Sankar is the Chief Technology Officer at Erada Systems and oversees the design aspects of Erada's products. He brings over seventeen years of experience in systems analysis, design and product development. He has worked with many fortune 500 SAP shops on various aspects of their development. He is a key architect for a customized Operations Research package developed for Citibank. Sankar earned his Masters degree in Computer Applications from Andhra University, India and Bachelors degree in Science from Nagarjuna University, India. He has a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence and Performance Tuning & Optimization.
