On successful submission of this request, your user id and initial password will be mailed to your email address.  You will be prompted to reset your password when you login the first time. 

You can find your customer number on the sign on screen for RapidPro or under the menu path Help > About.  If you have a problem finding this number, please contact your RapidPro coordinator.
